Thermal imaging attachment IRAY CL42 V2.0 is a small, powerful and multifunctional. It convinces with great contrast, great functionality and simple operation. With the thermal imaging attachment, images are possible at great distances in poor weather conditions. The integrated manually focusable lens enables sharp and high-contrast images.

The CL42 Version 2.0 model features a new design of the collimator lens which results in a significant improvement in repeatability.

The CL42 V2.0 has been developed in a modular manner. It can be used both as an observation device and as a clip-on. Both enlargement rings are included in the scope of delivery. The device can be used with the screen magnification (eyepiece) as an observation device. With the collimator lens, the CL42 can be installed on an external optic.

The device is equipped with a high-quality OLED screen and a thermal image resolution of 384x288 pixels. The thermal imaging attachment can be programmed to 4 different settings using the internal correction program. With the internal correction function, the parallax can be adjusted and the external optics can be calibrated accordingly. The device can also be operated with rechargeable CR16340 batteries. The operating time is approx. 3 hours with rechargeable batteries and 5 hours with CR123 batteries. A USB-C connection (5VDC) is integrated in the device. A standard power bank (5VDC) can be connected to this.
