Due to the specially developed housing made of ABS plastic, the lamp ensures the required robustness and a pleasant feel. At 72g, the ANSMANN Headlight HD200B is a veritable flyweight and is therefore very comfortable to wear, even over long periods of time. The elastic headband is flexible and universally adjustable and ensures a secure hold on any head. The headband closure offers two functions:
A hook to hang up the lamp (e.g. in a tent or similar) and a whistle, e.g. B. to draw attention to themselves in dangerous situations.

For maximum light output, the main LED is surrounded by an optical reflector system, which bundles the light optimally and thus achieves a large lighting range. This has a very good illumination for objects in the distance. The COB-LED offers a pleasant luminosity for close range. Due to the wide and very homogeneous illumination, this mode is ideal for close-up shots. The ultra-bright 3W LED and the 1.5W COB LED and the up to 45° adjustable angle of inclination of the lamp head guarantee optimal illumination in all situations.

The headlamp has two ergonomic push buttons that are easy to operate, even while the lamp is on the head. The lamp is also easy to operate with gloves. The lamp offers the following switch functions:
Switch 1: Two brightness levels can be selected: A 100% high power mode, with which you can use the full light output of both LEDs with 100%. In stage 2, the 3W LED lights up in 100% mode.
Switch 2 for COB LED: Two brightness levels can be selected: 100% or 30% of the COB LED.
The 30% energy-saving mode is particularly suitable for close-up work when only minimal lighting is required. In energy-saving mode, of course, the operating time increases.

Thanks to the IP44 degree of protection, the headlamp is protected against the ingress of splashing water and is therefore also suitable for outdoor use.
