Brünieren – Der Prozess der Materialveredelung
Beim Brünieren handelt es sich um das Verfärben von Material durch Oxidation, nicht um eine Beschichtung. Der Primer spielt dabei eine entscheidende Rolle, da er die Oberfläche vorbereitet und so die optimale Funktion der Brünierung gewährleistet. Dies gilt auch für spezielle Aluminium-Legierungen. Der Primer wird vor der Brünierung aufgetragen, um ein bestmögliches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Ein vorheriges Schleifen ist nicht nötig, was dir viel Zeit spart.
Einfache Anwendung für Jedermann
Die Ballistol Aluminium-Brünierung ist die erste für Endanwender zugelassene Aluminium-Brünierung und somit nicht nur für gewerbliche Nutzer geeignet. Auch Laien können die schwarze Streichbrünierung für Aluminiumlegierungen einfach anwenden. Sie ist abriebfest und dauerhaft, ideal zum Ausbessern von Kratzern und Reibstellen. Zudem eignet sie sich hervorragend zur Neubrünierung, beispielsweise für die Zielfernrohrmontage, den Handschutz bei halbautomatischen Waffen oder sogar für komplette kleinere Bauteile.

Application tip
The bluing is impressive because it is very easy to apply. The only thing to remember is to degrease surfaces before bluing. Ballistol cold degreaser, Ballistol gun parts cleaner or Ballistol brake and parts cleaner are suitable for this. If necessary, the surface can also be lightly sanded. Apply the bluing evenly and allow to take effect for 20-30 seconds. Then pat dry and apply again. After 3-4 repetitions, rinse with water and then preserve. Important: Do not use below 20°C.
The browning is very economical. About 100 ml is needed for one square meter.

Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Avoid release to the environment. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Contact with acid liberates very toxic gas.
