BRENNEKE big game cartridge 9.3 x 64 now also lead-free

In 1927 Wilhelm Brenneke introduced a beltless cartridge designed to meet increasing foreign demand, particularly in Africa. He thus created a better big game cartridge than the British .375 H & H Mag, which was introduced in 1912. From a technical point of view, cases without a belt are advantageous because they center better in the chamber, the powder chamber can be made larger and the same performance can be achieved with shorter cases Belt sleeve reached. That's why the 9.3 x 64 BRENNEKE can also be fired from normal 98 repeaters. It also has better ballistic data at distances of around 250 m or more. The new lead-free version is loaded with a 14.2 g / 220 grs original BRENNEKE torpedo universal bullet (TUG®) nature+, has a muzzle velocity of 894 m/s and an energy of 5,695 joules. It can be used on all strong game up to 300 m.

The 9.3 x 64 BRENNEKE with TUG® nature+, which has been available since April 2020, is a nod to the brilliant inventor in the year of the company's 125th anniversary.
