With a ripening cabinet from the DryAged Master series, dry aging is possible for everyone at home. The interplay of constant temperature, humidity and circulation creates unique and delicate pieces. The taste of the meat is intensified and refined. Also ideal for storing and presenting high-quality meat. The Caso device is supplied with grills and meat hooks made of stainless steel.
