The new CZ 457 family is the successor to the proven CZ 455 series and is characterized by a thoughtful, modular design that combines classic style with modern manufacturing. Compared to existing models and other manufacturers, the 457 Series is a step ahead of the competition in terms of improved safety, accuracy and durability.

The new CZ 457 models have the following advantages:

• Cylinder shutter with 60° opening angle reduced by 30° (compared to CZ 455)
• Signal pin on the lock as a tension indicator – sliding lock
• new firing pin that is 62% lighter

Thumbhole model

The Model 457 Thumbhole is equipped with a plywood stock. The ergonomic shaft is suitable for right- and left-handed users. It is wonderfully stable and secure at the stop. The weapon is redesigned in the current PRS (Precision Rifle Series) style. The trigger blade caresses the trigger finger, increasing shot control and precision. The strong match barrel with muzzle brake is cold-hammered and free-swinging for maximum precision. The CZ 457 Thumbhole is a visual highlight for “hole in hole precision”.
