    That ERATAC ZFIX is a simple tool for aligning the reticle when the rifle scope is to be mounted on a weapon with a Picatinny rail.

    When mounting the rifle scope, the clamping screws of the mounting rings should initially only be tightened enough so that the rifle scope can still be turned. The ZFIX is now placed in one of the Picatinny slots and fixed to the weapon with the rubber bands included in the scope of delivery. The ZFIX must now sit flat in the groove. The rifle scope is then turned until the reticle is aligned with the horizontal guide lines on the ZFIX when looking into the eyepiece.
