Hearing loss is not uncommon among hunters, on the contrary: 4 out of 5 hunters report hearing problems and/or tinnitus, as well as loud noises in their ears. The gunshot is the most dangerous sound for the ears.

The Impact Sport meets the two basic requirements of sport shooters and hunters: It reliably protects against the bang of weapons, while its sophisticated sound management system ensures full perception. Signals and calls remain clearly audible and improve the safety of the shooters considerably.

The powerful directional microphones pick up speech and ambient noise, the electronics ensure a safe 82 dB(A) in the ear. This gives natural hearing while still allowing normal communication. If the noise level rises above 82 dB(A), the amplifier is automatically switched off and the hearing is protected from harmful noise by the Impact Sport's insulating performance.

The Impact Sport works with two microphones, which produces a stereophonic sound. This means that every noise can be assigned to its actual direction. After four hours it switches off automatically. It has such flat capsules as no other active hearing protection, which means that there are no problems when striking. The Impact Sport is foldable and can be stowed away in the tightest of spaces. It is also possible to connect radios or MP3 players via a small jack plug.
