Robust, kompakt und vor allem sicher: so präsentiert sich der Kurzwaffenschrank St. Gallen S+ Spartan D-Drive. Der Schrank besitzt den Einbruchschutz Klasse 1 und ist gemäß Waffengesetz nach Euro-Norm EN 1143-1 zertifiziert. Die Rückwand ist bereits für die Aufnahme von bis zu zwei Kurzwaffen vorbereitet und somit bedarf es keinem weiteren Zubehör. Verschraubbare Magnete dienen als Waffenhalter. Auf der Türinnenseite ist eine Leiste mit 5 Schlüsselhaken angebracht, z. B. für die Aufbewahrung von zusätzlichen Waffenschrankschlüsseln.
Der Aspekt der Sicherheit ist beim St. Gallen S+ Spartan D-Drive besonders hervorzuheben. Der Korpus ist doppelwandig und kräftige 40 mm stark, die mehrwandige Tür sogar 84 mm. Außerdem kommt eine vierseitige Verriegelung zum Einsatz, dreiseitig über das Riegelwerk. Die Scharnierseite ist zusätzlich mit einem Hintergreifprofil gesichert.
Als Verschluss wird ein zuverlässiges elektronisches Kombinationsschloss VdS-Klasse II Spartan D-Drive verwendet. Ein 12 mm vorstehender Klappgriff (zzgl. zur Außentiefe) dient zum Öffnen und Schließen. Der Türanschlag befindet sich generell rechts, maximaler Öffnungswinkel ist 180°.
Um den St. Gallen an einer Wand etc. befestigen zu können, sind bereits im Boden und in der Rückwand (nicht durchgebohrt) je eine Bohrung vorgenommen. Mit einem Gewicht von nur 30 kg lässt sich das Modell auch relativ mühelos an seinen finalen Aufstellort transportieren.

Spartan D-Drive electronic lock
A completely redesigned locking mechanism is based on the proven security of a robust, motorized locking mechanism, rather than an electromagnetic switch. Retracting and extending the bolt is controlled by rotating the keypad frame after entering the code. Manual bolt retraction and extension offer exceptional reliability and allow for direct bolt attachments without interfering with the drive mechanism. The D-Drive™ lock cable is protected within a specially designed channel in the aluminum rail that connects the keypad to the lock body. This advanced design resists twisting and wear during daily use. The external battery placement allows the battery to be housed within the keypad, where it can be easily replaced, even when the safe is locked. And the efficient lock design means significantly less frequent battery changes.
