Repeating rifle Mercury Rover G2 Scout as a special model with black plastic stock and rubber butt cap.
The system opening angle is 60° and makes the repeating process uncomplicated even when lying down. The weapon has a fine trigger. The Picatinny rail located on the system box makes it easy and precise to attach optics with repeat accuracy. There is also a second, long Picatinny rail on the barrel. Ideal for assembling attachments
Robust security
The safety used locks both the trigger and the sear. It is a very safe system because the locking of the sear is particularly robust. And when the sear is locked, the firing pin is also locked. In theory, a safety that directly locks the firing pin is safer, but due to the small size of the components, these parts are often less robust.

The Rover 2nd Generation:
Mercury presents the completely new repeating rifle family "Rover" - made by Sabatti. The series has been completely redeveloped for hunting, sport shooting and professional use. The system is precisely CNC-milled from a solid block of Ergal 55 and hard-anodized. There is a practical Picatinny rail on the case bridge and head, which allows the mounting of rifle scopes. The new bolt is CNC-milled from a single piece of steel and is available in chrome or matt black, depending on the model. It is equipped with 3 locking lugs and has a comfortable opening angle of 60 °. Of particular importance is that the cold-forged barrel is equipped with a barrel extension, which allows the barrel to be easily replaced without any further adjustments. Each model has a muzzle thread for attaching a silencer, for example.
