Merkel Silencer HLX Suppressor Kaliber 7,6 - 9,3 mm

The new Merkel HLX Suppressor by B&T is a .30 / 7.62mm or 9.3mm caliber hunting silencer that is practically unique in its class.

Instead of standard inserts or steel wool, this new silencer works with star screens. These three-dimensional milled aluminum parts were developed for the authorities, in which silencers have to withstand a lot more than in the normal hunting area. That was exactly the goal that Merkel set herself - a silencer that is not only suitable for sporadic shots in the hunting ground, but also for rapid series of shots on driven hunts and in the shooting cinema.

In cooperation with the silencer specialist B&T (Thun, Switzerland), a silencer concept was created that delivers exactly that - high resilience with practical dimensions for hunting. With the HLX Suppressor, 30 shots are attested under normal conditions in the shooting cinema before it has to be cooled down to room temperature again. It also reduces recoil when shooting.
