This is a classic outdoor knife with double finger protection for kids that can be used for many different tasks on the next adventure. The Boy Scout Knife was designed for little adventurers and is perfect when you need a safe knife. The recycled Swedish stainless steel blade has a long-lasting sharpness. With a barrel-shaped handle made from Scandinavian birch wood, double finger guards and a 2.0mm thick blade made from recycled Swedish stainless steel, this knife is always ready for the next task.
Thanks to a smaller handle geometry, the knife fits well in small hands. The knife's continuous tang runs through the entire handle and ensures power and stability with every cut. The natural-colored knife sheath made of vegetable-tanned leather has a belt loop that can be easily attached to the belt and, for safety, is equipped with a simple and classic snap fastener that secures the knife in the sheath. The embossed coat of arms on the knife sheath shows the coat of arms of the Swedish province of Dalarna County, in which the town of Mora is located.
The knife should always be stored in its sheath when not in use to carefully protect both the user and the sharp edge. Contact with surfaces other than wood can dull the blade. Children should always handle knives when accompanied by an adult. Since their introduction in the 1930s, the distinctive Scout knives have been an obvious entry-level knife for children and the introduction to a richer outdoor life.
