With its smooth exterior and soft fleece interior, the jacket can be worn as an insulating midlayer or as a light solo jacket. Diamond quilted trimmings on the shoulders and elbows protect the material from wear and tear from backpack straps or rifle slings. The most necessary utensils can be safely stored in the two zippered pockets.
