    Application

    1. Place the knife sharpener on a smooth and clean surface
    2. Press the knife sharpener lightly with one hand and turn the grooved fixing ring to the left with the other hand (arrow direction "Lock")
    3. Place the blade in one of the two grinding blocks. Starting from the base of the blade, pull the knife towards your body in the direction of the arrow with light pressure and do not push it. Repeat until the desired level of spiciness is achieved
    4. Block "1" from Wolfram deburrs the blade, block "2" made of ceramic ensures the fine grinding
    5. After sharpening, clean or wash the blade thoroughly with a damp cloth
