    With the Petromax stacking grate made of solid cast iron, baking and cooking in the Dutch Ovens (optimal fit in ft4.5 , ft6 and ft9 ) succeed without burning, because the feet create a generous distance. Since the grate has small indentations on the top, several stackable grates can be placed perfectly on top of each other: baking, stewing and steaming is possible on several levels. Thanks to the three feet, each 4.3 cm long, the stacking grate also stands securely in the fire or on the table as a coaster. When grilling in the embers, it sizzles the perfect grill pattern into the meat or serves as a stable base for a tea kettle or percolator.

    In a pot, in the fire or as a coaster

    For steam cooking in the Dutch Oven, either a grate is used or several grates are simply placed one on top of the other. If the grate is directly in the embers, it doesn't take long before it has sizzled the perfect grill pattern into the grilled meat. Or you can place the stacking grate in the fire and use it as a stand for a percolator, tea kettle or Dutch Oven without feet. It can also serve as a practical coaster for hot cookware on the table.
