Each die is made from carefully color case hardened steel, the inner surfaces are precision drilled, flared to the highest standards and hand polished. This means that each set of dies is dimensionally stable over the years.

Matchmaster calibration tools use interchangeable caseneck dies (sold separately). These are variable diameter and have been used by benchrest and long range marksmen for years. The self-centering, interchangeable neck die can be changed to precisely tune the individual bullet's cocking power. This also keeps stress on the brass to a minimum, which extends the life of the cases.

The Matchmaster dies are precision machined, polished and have a deep blued finish. The oversized adjustment knob on the Matchmaster typesetter has highly legible letters and markings, making it both easy to use and easy to read. Accurate to the hundredth of a millimetre.
