The iSeries 3614-6 chassis is made of ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. The interior features a layered foam base and folded foam in the lid to ensure secure positioning and cushioning of equipment.
The injection molded, waterproof SKB iSeries are mil-standard housings and are molded from ultra-high strength polypropylene copolymer resin. They feature a sealed, waterproof, dustproof, submersible design (MIL-C-4150J) that is corrosion and impact resistant. Further features include a molded hinge, a patented "trigger release" locking system, the comfortable, rubber-injected, snap-in & padded handle. In addition, the case offers an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C), resistance to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus and impact damage (MIL-STD-810F).
