The 13-piece Wald & Forst Big Box chopping set is essential for the professional chopping of venison - the most important utensils for venison processing are always at hand in this clearly arranged case. The blades of the knives and the demolition saw are made of 420 stainless steel. The hygienic plastic handles with TPR coating are comfortable to hold and can be used safely even with wet hands.
