The Walther PDP Hatz-Watz 4" OR pistol comes with a signal orange grip and replaceable grip backs in signal yellow.
In addition to the striking exterior, the pistol impresses with deep loading grooves at the front and rear of the slide. Regardless of the weather, the charging process remains a safe affair. The signal orange colored handle has a pyramid-shaped texture (Performance Duty Texture) that ensures outstanding handling. The signal yellow backstraps, available in various sizes (S, M, L), also have this texture.
The pistol is equipped with a slide catch lever on both sides and a reversible magazine button and comes Optics Ready (OR) with a milled slide top, suitable for various - optionally available - adapter plates for red dot sights from Docter, Noblex, Meopta, Trijicon, Holosun, Riton, Axion, Leupold , SIG Sauer, Vortex or Burris Fast Fire series.
The optics mounting platform is characterized by the modified cut-out for the mounting plate. This is 2 mm longer than before and thus allows the installation of all currently common red dot sights. The equipment also includes recoil lugs and larger screw cutouts. This makes it possible to use the original mounting screws from the optics manufacturer for installation.
If you want to aim in the “classic” way using the rear sight and front sight, you can do so using the Glock-compatible sights. Co-witness screening is possible. The standard sights are inherently adjustable in elevation and windage.
The trigger breaks like glass at the pressure point with a trigger weight of 25 N. The short reset allows consistent top performance from shot to shot. Both together create the prerequisites for controlled hitting and safe trigger control in every situation and from shot to shot.
The result of the perfected grip angle and the interaction of total weight, weight distribution and balance is the excellent interpreting behavior. The weapon intuitively follows the line of sight of the target eye.
The stepped cartridge chamber ensures significantly better lidding and therefore less contamination of the polygonal barrel.
