The repeating rifle model NB22 Classic from Forest Favorit is exclusive to Frankonia available and impresses with an elegant wooden stock made of walnut (stock wood class 1).

Original 98 systems are reworked by hand and assembled into modern repeating rifles. The NB22 Classic model is characterized by a particularly soft lock action.

For versions in calibers 8x57 IS and .308 Win. Short systems, on the other hand, are used, which means that the finished rifles are not only shorter but also lighter compared to the standard system.

In addition, the weapon has a shotgun trigger with a steel housing of Recknagel, which ensures flawless functionality thanks to its durable and reliable construction.

An extended bolt handle with a large, removable ball also ensures quick and reliable repeating. In addition, a permanently installed box magazine offers capacity for 5 cartridges.

The lateral 3-position safety from Recknagel fulfills an additional protective function and, thanks to its positioning, is ideal for using very low scope mounts. The rifle is already equipped with a Picatinny rail for this purpose.

Equipped with the i-Sight system from Merkel, in combination with a muzzle thread M15x1, the shooter is offered numerous options. This makes it possible to use a silencer or a muzzle brake together with the rear sight and front sight, as well as attaching a muzzle strap bracket. In the front area of the 52 cm long barrel made of special steel from Lothar Walther Drill holes are available that allow the i-Sight front sight to be moved easily.

In addition, Halder Slim sling swivels can be attached for quick rifle sling changes.
